Service Description

In-house jewelry inventory services provide a consultation for your or your loved ones' jewelry. This is a recommended service for those who may be moving into assisted living, having elder care help entering the home, or anyone needing an inventory of valuables before a life event. We sort the items you have into three categories: Costume, real, and needing further documentation. The costume jewelry is put aside; no further action is needed. The real jewelry is described, photographed, and listed on the inventory form. This is not a formal appraisal of goods. Any jewelry on this list of significant value will be recommended for a formal appraisal. This can be for insurance, equitable distribution of the estate, or resale. A quote for the additional appraisal will be provided at the time of the inventory, at the owner's discretion. Services outside the Houston metropolitan area will add a travel fee based on time and distance from the main office. Fees will be quoted at the time of booking.
